How to rank Blogger site in search console?


In this post we will show you some of the useful things you can do on Blogger for ranking in search console. There are many reasons to rank Blogger site in search console. First, it is one of the easiest to do stuff on Blogger. Second, we’ll show you the easiest way to implement some of the tasks and services. Third, we will do them using dashboard provided by Blogger, making it very easy for a non-technical person to understand how it works.

We’ll do this by going to Blogger dashboard in Dashboard area. Login to the dashboard and go to the Admin Console.


The Admin Console is a place where you can do many things like creating new blog post, updating or deleting posts, visiting blog, setting up blogs in a headless browser etc. We’ll get you all the information you need for ranking in search console from here.


How to improve Blogger’s ranking in search console


Firstly, you have to get the latest blog posts from blog.com in your dashboard (it doesn’t work in old versions of the dashboard) in a list using the dashboard.org.


Then you have to go to the Search Console and enter blog.com as the search query (preferably your name). It is recommended to create a new blog post for this search query, see below:


Now you have to get the blog posts in a list from this list. It is recommended to create a new blog post for this search query (see below for details) and set the blog’s name as search name and some link to the blog post in your post.


It is also recommended to create some dummy posts that you want to rank, we will show you how to do that in step 4.


How to get the search console stats (how many visits, clicks, site traffic, site usage, etc)?


You can go to dashboard.org and create a page there. This page should be about your site. Just enter your site’s URL (but make sure your domain’s name is your Blog Name) and some text about your site (i.e. About Blogs, Bloggers, Blog Pages, etc). On the page, you should see some metrics in the console (how many views, page loads, browser requests). If you have other stats you want to get, you can create a new page for that in dashboard.org.


How to rank blog in search console?


When you have blog.com information in your dashboard, you can run your website (see below) in headless browser. You can do that by using the console console and using the console console’s commands:


In the console, you have to click on “Categories”:


Enter blog.com as the search query:


So, blog.com is the location where you should get blog posts from and show them to your blog post page in dashboard (see screenshot above) in the headless browser.

How do we get some of the search console stats (how many visits, clicks, site traffic, site usage, etc)?


Press CMD+C in the search console:


You will get details about the number of page loads, visits to the blog’s page, the amount of search engine requests, and how many visits to blog.com page. You can save those stats in another console like page analytics.


How do we find the new blog post on Blogger?


Click on New Post’s Hub in the blog, as shown below:

Next, you have to set the Blog’s title and description. The blog post page in headless browser looks something like this.


How to get blog post’s internal links to your blog?


You can go to dashboard.org and create a page there. This page should be about your blog’s domain (your Blog Name) and some text about your blog. On this page, you should see some internal links that go to your blog. When you get these links in the console, you can create a page on dashboard.org that you want to get those links and display them (see screenshots below).


Why do some sites get rank in search console and some don’t?


It’s hard to get the best rankings in search console. If you do, you are probably the only one that uses that service. On the other hand, there are lots of websites that are not well optimized. Some of them are not ranking in search console because they use plug-ins to have some extra features. Some are running sites on Google Webmaster Console. Google Webmaster console is not a good way to get rankings in search console, because there are too many tabs and pages to be seen (see screenshot below).


How do I get best blog site rankings in dashboard?


You have to get the blog posts from blog.com (see above) and show them to your dashboard (see screenshot above). We recommend that you create a new blog post on blog.com. This will give you better rankings in dashboard (see screenshot above).

You can find blog posts’ internal links to your blog in dashboard.org, by creating a new page that you want to get all of the blog posts (see screenshots below).

When you get blog posts from blog.com, you have to add blog posts that you want to see in dashboard.


You can click on “Rank” in search console in dashboard and you will see the blog posts and blog posts that are ranked. When you see blog posts and blog posts that are ranked, you can see how the site got rank (see screenshots below).


How do I get blog site links that are at first rank?


If you add blog posts from blog.com at the first rank, you will get some links (URLs). If you add blog posts from blog.com at the first rank, you will get more links (URLs) from blog.com at that rank (see screenshot below).
